Visitors Parking - Schedule of Fees
Parking is free all days till further notice, except Valet parking it cost 55 AED.
Hours of Operation
• 8:00 am to 2:00 am, 7 days a week.
How to use the Mall's Car Park
• By parking your vehicle in the mall's car park, you are accepting terms and conditions displayed at the entry points and pay machines. Please ensure that you take your ticket with you inside the mall.
• If you have stayed in the mall for less than 2 hours head to the exit and scan your ticket and then the barrier will open automatically.
• If you have exceeded 2 hours and before returning to your vehicle, please head to the payment machines located at Ground Level at entrance A, B, and C. At entrance A on Level 1 and Level 2 parking entrances to pay your parking fees. After payment, please exit the car park within 15 minutes. Scan you ticket to open the parking barriers.
How to pay at the machines inside the mall
• Please scan your ticket or enter your car plate number where indicated and read your parking fee on the display.
• Insert any combination of the following banknotes: AED 5, 10, 20, 50, 100, 200.
• Take your change if any from the change tray where indicated.
• Request receipt by pressing the receipt button and collect it from the same tray.
• Take your validated ticket and proceed to exit in less than 15 minutes.
• Scan you ticket to open the parking barriers. .
How to replace a lost ticket
• Please attend anyone of the pay machines located inside the mall and press the Lost Ticket button below the display in the Centre of the machine.
• The lost ticket fee of AED 150 will be displayed.
• The fee is non-refundable even if the ticket is found after payment has been made.
• Pay the fee following the ‘How to Pay’ directions and a new ticket will be issued.
• Take the new ticket and proceed to the exit in less than 15 minutes.
How to replace a faulty ticket
• In case you read ‘Ticket is faulty’ on the pay machine’s display, please press the intercom for assistance.
• The parking operator will ask you to read your ticket serial number printed on the front side where the mall’s logo is located.
• The parking operator will remotely check your ticket details and the parking fee of your ticket will automatically display on the pay machine.
• Pay the fee following the ‘How to Pay’ directions and a new ticket will be issued.
• Take the new ticket and proceed to exit in less than 15 minutes.
For VOX Cinemas customers only
• VOX customers are eligible for free parking.
• Please present your parking ticket when purchasing your movie ticket to the VOX cashier who will check your eligibility. Free parking hours will be applied to your parking ticket.
For Carrefour customers only
• Carrefour customers are eligible for free parking if they spend AED 100 and above.
• Please present your parking ticket with the receipt.
• Carrefour Customer Services repressive will check your eligibility to validate your ticket.
For customers who shop for AED 100 and above
• Customers who shopped at City Centre Sharjah for AED 100 and above are eligible to validate their parking ticket.
• Customers should head to the nearest customer service desk and present their receipt to the customer service representative.
• The customer service representative will check your eligibility to validate your ticket.
• Take the validated ticket and proceed to the exit in less than 15 minutes.
